Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.
Secure the Glassware
Carefully repackage your items in their original KLIMCHI gift box and protective outer shipping carton to ensure the fragile glass remains safe during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
